Uber help?

I needed an Uber to get to my drug test for my new job. Uber X was 21 bucks for the ride, thought why not. Confirmed, took the ride. The driver was an asshole, just totally disrespectful, and not only that, I finish my drug test and get a message from PayPal. (I pay with PayPal.) They say I paid 64 dollars, which immediately pissed me off. So I contact them via the app, 6 times, and they say they will give me 15% back in credit. I don't want fucking credit, I want my fucking money back damn it.

Who here can help me get my damn money back. If successful, I will pay you for the help.

Cant you just dispute on paypal?

Open a dispute in Paypal. And Also you can start complain in uber help. Usually they would better refund for somebody than argue with customer. And add post about disrespectful driver. It can helps alot

I paid over $50 one time for a 5 minute ride. Didn't know why.

Either fare increases or the driver is an asshole and kept the meter going.

Tell them your phone was lost and compromise and that wasnt you who took the ride and that you got a new phone that your currently using and change your password. Saying it got compromise so you changed it. Tell them you had a wallet phone yada yada you had your atm card used as well. I can go on and on, if you want me to get it a go I can? I never tried it for other people. I get all my money back every time I ask for it.

Uber never refunds money, they only refund credit. Sorry to hear that.

You could try to dispute it on PayPal or say your Uber account got compromised

You could try a PayPal dispute, their support won't properly refund you.

That driver sounds like a complete ass, pick your uber drivers carefully, check their "ratings" & such cause these people out on the streets be scamming like there's no tomorrow... If it says it's gonna cost you 21$ then it will be +- 2-3 bucks if you don't get completely stuck in traffic like at 7-8 AM...
