So I got a mastercard gift card(that can be used as a CC online) and used it to refund like 5 times 40USD in app purchases on Google Play on different Google accounts. On my 6th attempt, I found out they banned my card. So I was wondering if there's any legit site that allows me to purchase bitcoin with my card without ID verification? Thanks.
