I can barely find games, when ido its full of hackers. I can only play ffa. If i try ground war it takes like 2 hrs..

hmm also sounds like maybe his NAT is strict, takes up to 15 mins with a strict NAT for me - try restarting router, getting a torrented mcaffee and taking your routers firewall off - giving you an open nat connection ;D

They don't ban you cause VAC Does, and vac doesn't ban on reports
After receiving a set amount of reports(god knows how much), IWNet will start gradually placing you with them.
