splitscreen on pc

would like to know if i could use x360ce to play splitscreen on pc

On LTT's YT channel they showed 7 gamers on 1 PC. It's the same thing you want to do. You need terraria and a virtual machine. Have that running on another screen or if your monitor is wide enough on the same. I don't know how to handle the input to multiple VM's at once, but it's something you could look into if you're motivated enough to get it working.
