Apple refund

Hey guys,

I decided to do an apple refund myself, but right now they told me they will transfer to shipping team and will respond to me within few days. Is this okay?

Thanks man. I heard they transfer people and stuff to different departments. But this guy just filled the refund request without transferring me, and asked for pics, but I denied that, I think they are changing the system around?
