Im looking to use snapchat with root without xposed framework last time i tried xposed i got my phone bricked

Unroot. Install Snapchat and login. Root again.
When you run snapchat on root/jailbreak you can be banned so be careful, they seem to be doing a lot to stop people using tweaks on there app.
Try magisk. It has root hide functionality.
