banned permanentely???

when i try to login on warrock it says your acc is permanentely blocked but when i login on the warrock web site it says acc status: active
am i banned for ever or just permanentely??

The acct is banned from playing permanantly. But you can just create a new acct and play. Make sure that you don't use a name similar to that one and use a different disposable email acct. You should if you know how to, change your ip also. Then you should be able to play again.
