No. You will get vac error.

You get ut if your pitch exceeds 89,-89 or your yaw 180,-180 or roll 50,-50

By looking how fast after the enemies enter the crosshair the person shoots... It is not my job to figure it out... Then doing a pool of hits and if it is too fast or smt lower than min them ut...

As i said I have not given it much thought... And they can easily measure it... I don't want to write the full explanation, but everything goes thru the server... You can figure it out.

There is some skin changer that is Russian i'm pretty sure it is safe but that is just from other people
