I thought in the USA it was as easy as going to the doctor and saying you have ADHD?
get a fake scrip from a doctor or find someone at your school that sells it (if you're in college or high school)
I would avoid getting it from dealer, should be pretty easy to get a prescription, head over your medic and tell him you have troubles focusing at school.
Dr's visit would be the easiest safest bet for sure. If not you can't go wrong on the deep web.

It's getting a bit harder in the US to get it from a P-doc ... they'll try you first on Vyvanse (activates in your stomach) or Straterra (awful awful side effects) ... just keep going until they give you what you want. Side benefit is you might find something you like better.
