sv_cheats is blocked, so you need to unlock the commands.
But you only need to do that if it says "Cheat Protected".

The same thing happened to me, but we were gaining XP.
Try adding scr_xpscale "99999" in the commands list and see if you fly to level 70, lol.

No, Melodia says the limit is 4. I think the people getting 10k exp with each kill were using something different.
