SolvedProblems with Polyloader 3.0 Visual studio addons

I've used this Polyloader in the past and never had any problems with it, i recently got myself a new computer and since then i haven't been able to use the Polyloader. It says:

Visual C++ extension is not installed. You won't be able to compile any files unyil you've properly installed all the Visual C++ extentions for Visual Studio 14.0 Pressing 'Ok' will begin the vs_community setup, when downloaded: Make sure you check everything related to 'C++'.

I've tried pressing 'ok' several times but nothing happens, if somebody could link me the addons i'd be thankful.

Edit: After reading this a second time i realised how stupid i am.
