i used this cheat and i receive a "Global Couldown" but i'm not vac ban and Matchmaking failed

I deleted DDX off of everything, started the game, opened the .exe directly from the .zip, and started while already in game and it worked, dont turn on any glow settings or skin changer, just ESP
