Cheat Engine errors

So I have been searching this forum extensively for the last few days looking for a solution to my cheat engine errors. I am a cheat engine newbie, specifically a 100% noob, i have never used it before, I do not know what it does or how it works, only that it scans script values and allows you to edit them.

So I tried the renown farm from the post "The Farmer 3.0 - 50.000R in ~30 Min"

I cannot get it to work, when i am about to do the first scan on cheat engine which is start situation 6 and then reinforce a wall and scan the values with a "10" in them i get an error that ways "No readable memory found"

Now, i've seen countless people in other forums say "just go to settings and extras and tick all the boxes there" this in turn creates another error that says im missing some driver files, again no idea what the program is talking about.

Could somebody please explain to me what i'm doing wrong? and again, please keep in mind i have never used CE before.

Note: I disabled BattleEye every single time i tried this.

Is it Steam version or Ubisof version?

Close game, cheat engine, and tinytask.

Ubisoft Version:
1. Start Game
2. Once in game's main menu, Go to settings, make sure game is in borderless window mode and that H is set to Primary Gadget.
3. Start situation 6.
4. Once the situation is loaded (and you see the hostage in front of you), press Esc and Alt tab.
5. Start task manager (CTRL + Alt + Del). Go to services, find battleye, right click > stop service. Make sure it says stopped where the status is beside it.
6. Download this cheat table and extract it to your desktop or somewhere.
6. Start cheat engine, Click the process select button (the one flashing red/green, in top left corner). Select RainbowSixGame.exe from the list and click Open.
7. Click the folder button beside the flashing one and find the cheat table you just downloaded.
8. Once you opened that, you will see a few values in the bottom of cheat engine, change the value of the one that says 0 to 20000, ignore the one that says ??. Tick the square (far left) of the value you just changed, so theres an X in the middle of the square.
9. Click enable speedhack (right side of cheat engine) and set value to 6, click apply.
10. Open tinytask > settings icon (far right one) > continuous playback. Still in TinyTask, click the folder icon (far left) and open the tiny task script.
11. Go back to the game, resume, and click the green button arrow in middle of tiny task.

Steam version:
1. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege"
2. Rename RainbowSix.exe to RainbowSix2.exe
3. Rename RainbowSixGame.exe to RainbowSix.exe
4. Follow the steps from Ubisoft version EXCEPT in step 6 you will be selecting RainbowSix.exe instead of RainbowSixGame.exe.
5. After you're done farming, close the game (cheat engine, and tinytask) and rename RainbowSix.exe to RainbowSixGame.exe and RainbowSix2.exe to RainbowSix.exe if you want to play online.

Everything should work now, dont alt tab while the farmer is doing its thing.

You should really look into that.
