Looking for DLC unlocker

If there are any possible way to get the dlcs without buying them please help for me and tell the method. That would be really good. It can be unlock the exclusive skin dlcs maybe, i guess this is one way to get them.

I don't know man, could be, however i tried without succes

Even if you manage to unlock DLCs of exclusive skins you won't get them ingame. Steam is not that kind of platform you can easily fool.

DLC that are in steam store are hackable but other DLCs have nothing to do with DLC because it's all in Steam Inventory.
