1) You can either google for a public online report bot, which I highly doubt it works anymore.
2) You can grab a few copies of CSGO and get the report bot tool.
3) Look for people that sells Commends on CSGO Marketplace. I know @J0ggerino does reportbot services if I'm not wrong.
