Easiest Electronics Refund

Hi this post is in regards to refunds. I am trying to order either ervine, frys, B&h, hsn, overstock or any other package to my school. The package will be signed and i was hoping to refund a macbook. Which is the easiest and least amount of risk to purchase from. Also add sites that are easy if you know of any. thanks so much guys, your feedback helps

SE: Receiving an item without ever paying through manipulation.
Refund: Paying item, getting money back.
