Refunding HSN

Is it similar to QVC? QVC seems to have some issues right now, canceling orders and just kinda saturated it seems. Thinking of doing a flex pay laptop off HSN. Some refunders have told me not to do HSN, but weren't specific so just wondering what the deal is.

Hsn in a complete bitch, use qvc or overstock.
They make it a huge fucking hassle.
They investigate and are a huge general nuisance.

I've done three 1k+ laptops, no gaming pcs as of now and I wouldn't recommend doing them.
