Logitech SE help

been trying for over 2 weeks with no success

Does it have to be a purchased SN? Or can I just go to my local shop and use a nonpurchased SN from there?

you'll need at the least the physical product's SN, not the one printed on the box. theyve made it a bit harder but with proper info its still possible. i think it more or less requires that you own the product now, or someone with it that you have immediate access to.

I was able to do it with the serial from the box and a receipt I found took a long time of back and forth but finally worked for me.....so having the SN from the actual product does help....other wise yea it makes it 10X harder
