Soo paypal tells me that i got 45 euros available but when i want to buy something i can use only 25 euros from my pp wallet

Ok, i did it, thank you!
Converting all to usd or all to euro will fix it. The two currencies are being treated as two different payment methods in your case.
go to your wallet and there will be a option
