Looking down from above,
watching carefully, friend or foe,
Our nature to protect,
the quiet streets, those with unrest,
We seem to stand still,
But our hearts beat strongly with every fill,
Looking from above, time seems to pass,
but for us is meaningless, everlasting, just as fast,
for time means nothing but to a watch.
Looking from above, humankind goes by,
some notice, some listen, but most live and die.
Despite it all here we stand, strong, at heaven‘s door,
Watching, above the darkness, keepers of the light, forevermore…
