Editing "User Services" Posts

I have sort of an idea on how to do it, but just wanted to make sure.

I've heard people saying to report the post to try to get it edited, but where do you provide the edited version? Do you just comment it on the thread?

I think you can paste it in PasteBin and PM/VM the respective Minions the edited version.
