❗ QVC Lying About Refunding
So something unusual is going on with QVC. Less than 2 weeks ago I did an order for a Macbook, paid the refunder and was told the refund was processing...and that I would receive an email within a few days. Never received the email, so the refunder contacted QVC for chat & they wouldn't give out information to as why they rejected the refund.

So i called myself to find out why and they put a supervisor on the phone (the regular qvc employees will not tell you why it got rejected). They told me if i wanted the refund i would have to dispute it with my bank (which is what the refunder also told me to do), but its no guarantee I would receive the refund. The seller used the empty box method. And QVC said if i dispute it with my bank their is a whole investigation process including contacting UPS and QVC's fraud dept gets involved.

Should I even bother disputing it with my bank? I dont know how itll be found in my favor if the weight was on the box.
Same thing is happening to a lot of my people, didn't expect this.
Looks like it is dying
You can just try to return it to get your refund. I think QVC is RIP

Don't return it now.

You will get charged for fraud.

Yeah Im not about to do that haha

1-Should I even bother to dispute it with my bank? QVC, the bank and UPS gets involved. I have the chat proof that the employee said they were processing the refund..but when it went to the supervisor/corporate they rejected it.

2-Is it the bank or qvc who would decide if the refund will pass thru?

3-Would they contact apple as well? Im also worried cuz i did an apple refund a month ago on the same bank (and it was successful)

4-Would it be okay if i sell it before the refund (if) goes thru? I dont know if qvc can check to see if its on.

Any and all help would be appreciated. I asked the refunder some questions before, and i am just looking for 2nd opinions.
yOU RAPED MILLIONS FROM QVC with all the refunds that people done
mostly were laptops and macbooks
Would like to know as well, I have a refund pending management approval right now. Not empty box method though.^
I prefer to either keep it or sell it later

I was asking if its okay to sell it before the bank or whomever processes the refund (if they do). Im worried if i sell it qvc can check to see if the macbook was turned on.

Never sell it before you get your refund. QVC is also a 3rd party Apple seller so they can't do much if it was turned on. They can only check warranty status.

I know there is tracking on Apple Watch. Not sure about the Macbook. But maybe QVC will asked Apple to track the Macbook if you open dispute. There is chance they will deeply investigate if device turn on.

If they cant check much then whats the harm in selling it? The bank's whole process is lengthy and will take like 30 days.

No, The bank will take 2 billing cycle which is 60 days! and Don't risk yourself on this one with QVC. There must be some serious internal change in the refund policy.
You sound hell-bent on selling it... If you lose, you lose more than you can sell the laptop for. But hey do what you gotta do.
