American Eagle Refund

American Eagle Refund
So, I just made a somewhat small American Eagle order and I want to try and refund it myself using the common empty box method. Since there are two packages coming, should I say one was empty and the other was full? Or should I focus on one specific item. Or do you think I could just say both were empty and get a full refund. If none of those will work, will the simple "never arrived" method work with this site? Or would I be better off paying someone
