If you're trying to refund a game that you already tried to refund and failed, you're not going to succeed. Especially if it's over a month old. @alexw203

There's only one excuse/method. "Key doesn't work". Though you need G2A Shield. If you fail, you can try again in a few hours with another rep (hoping that you haven't been banned already, since sometimes they do ban people).

you don't even need shield. just have a friend redeem it and then show them your steam library with the g2a ticket in the background.
