PayPal limited

Somehow PayPal tracked me from a reddit post , I was selling some marketing softwares and business courses and stuff like that,I did not post my Email from PayPal or real name or anything like that, everything was done through a different mail, had only 1 client so far.The idea is my PP is permanently limited, and i have few hundred dolars in it .

Will I get my money back?
Can I give any reason so I won't be limited? my brother was doing these transactions not me? I was not aware it's breaking the rules ?

Now I received a mail from PayPal saying is related to one of the payments someone send me.

It appears the guy that bought from me left a note on payment "Please give X as promised" and that's how they managed to make the connection between reddit and the stuff I was selling.

This is my PayPal account btw, I have linked my phone number in it, my adress and my email adress.
@Insomniac can I fake an ID and saying was my brother that did the transactions under my PayPal account?

The BEST way is to send invoices. Because if you are going to accept payments as friends and family then they will ask you an info on them. And if it doesn't sound legit, they will perm limited you. Also when they limit you, they ask for invoices, and thats where you come in and provide them. Or you can just try to get people to send as donations by visiting your donation link. Its also suggested to do business PayPal, it will last you longer before you get limited.

I'm not sure I understand.For example, I want to get a payment of 150$+ , should I tell the guy that sends the money to send it through "Goods or Services" and put a note "I'm buying digital goods" or some sorts? Now PayPal might ask 'what digital goods' and I come with invoices?
