Gucci cancelling orders

Gucci cancelled my order after waiting like few days. Does anyone know how to order so they don't cancel it? I Had someone else buy it form me but ship under my info.

Have you refund other luxe company like Versace, Armani or Prada? Because their online shop are linked together, so if you refund one of them, you can be blacklist by all of them
