Cheat Engine

Is there a pointer where I can disable me being in combat so I could always change class and have infinite HP.
Is there a pointer where I can have unlimited items and I can sell it to the shop for money.

they have measures for gold, u can only fight if your in combat

Basic answer: No.

This isn't the kind of game where Cheat Engine will work in.
The most you could probably do is just speed things up a bit.

Gold/XP/Items all of this are done Server-side.
Damage can probably be worked on but not by much.
You'd probably be perma-banned anyway so why risk it?
