[Release] Pixel M16A3

Here is another release from me

For those that don't know and those that just don't care to look in forums
inject it into GUNS_T_PV_AR.rez

Hrmm.... uh.. good job for your first release. Plain, texture mod.

i know i just wanted to do somthing simple

actually i used a filter cant remember which one it was tho
