Is this possible? [FSOD]
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD TO GIVING COMMAND WHEN ITS USED THE ITEM THAT IS GIVEN IS INSTANTLY SOULBOUND? IF IS CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW?

Well, theoretically yes, if you have something like Seraph's Dominion's Item Data System.
Other than that I can't really help you, sorry

on fsod you could make the original item's IDs soulbound and the item that actually drops non-sb.

make all the names for the items insane and wierd and then remake all items sb in regular names so when you spawn in a no sb item you do /give qo3wiurogrhjeglkpetelkeltl for like sword of acclaim and than the sb /give Sword of Acclaim
