Cant find values from correct addresses

I updated my offsets
ESP works offline with bots, draws it correctly and all the time
In mm and SOME servers it only draws ESP when I see the enemy. Why is that and how can I fix it?

When playing online players get dormant(you don't receive info about them) so you should add a check for that
