Yes, use real info like you would when ordering things.

In terms of precautions, if you're buying clothes, I suggest getting what you want, and add a couple of cheaper items. This way, if you sign for the package, a partial refund can be done on the items that you do want, and you can later return the cheaper items and get a refund for them later.

There aren't many risks when using a refunding service. Just make sure to use someone who is trustworthy and has good rep on this site, because you will be giving an extensive amount of information about yourself for them to refund your order.

There is risk with anything illegal remember that...

There are always risks. Understand what you're doing and understand the consequences. Find a highly reputable refunder and they should be able to answer any questions you have before your order.

Heard this happened to someone before, happens often too. So this should work.

Just don't use a refund service and try it yourself.

Best get someone to tutor you or get someone to refund for you. To reduce your risk you can always go for partial which blames the company and avoids carrier investigations most times. At worst they ask you for a police report and you can file one to get your refund. If you do one refund per company per card per name your good for the most part. Remember that refunds are coming from problems that people have really had so if you're going to do it yourself make it believable.
