LMFAOOOOO YOU GOT A FUCKING SPACE HEATER
STRAIGHT FRY AN EGG ON THAT THING

With CPUs the temperatures should be around 60c idle to light load, with load should be 60c-79c, 80-89c you're in the dangerzone, 90c+ you're frying the CPU and prob going to be taking the motherboard with it.
Check these things:
CPU fan is working
CPU fan is dust-free
CPU heatsink is dust-free
If those things above are good, you may want to check the thermal paste that's on the CPU/Heatsink. (May want to have replacement thermal paste on hand)
Also consider that the CPU may be fine, and that the program isn't providing accurate temps.

Yeah thats not good at all.
Few things to try. Clean out your PC, make sure the dust is out and your fans are clean.
Next up, see if your fan speed is cranked up when you're playing.
If it is and your temp is still high try putting new thermal paste on your CPU.
If all else fails, perhaps buy a better CPU cooler.

You're using the stock CPU cooler?

yeah , stock cpu fans . with the stock heatsink
Where are you getting your TEMP information from? Also what kind of fans/cooler do you have? If you don't have one already I'd suggest a water cooled system.
