CSGO Name Exploit Need Help

Hello could anyone direct me to where I can get a name exploit so it makes it to Where I have no name so they cannot kick me. Any help would be appreciated. And please don't show me
To the ones you need php and the codes and stuff idk how to do all that unless you're willing to help teach me. Thank you!

I tried to look up a silent name changer and a lot of them are giving some code or something like pName->SetValue("\n***"); and i have no idea wtf to do with it.

its hard to learn how to code for CSGO when there are no videos teaching you how to code for that game. Like how do i start?
