Editing mods

It is possible to edit mods? Like 2k ped dropper, edit to 500k (each person killed)
I know programming language like c#, c++, c.
I'm scared to test if i change stats like this

I don't remember very well but i think the limit for ped drops was 10K. Correct me if i'm wrong

we use the Replay Interface to gather the Peds External and it's only in freemode active.
The Ped Drop Cap is only in Survival 10k where we can't drop the Cash because we can't kill the Peds.
So 2k can't increased.
