Why would you expect Valve to fix hacks?
They makes tons of money from people buying the game after being banned & from cases, and now with the Steam wallet cap being increased, who knows how much GabeN is making now.
Will this update change the game?
No not really. An exploit might open up that will turn into a ********king issue but with how they're going about with the Chinese CS:GO copy, I doubt any of the hacking issues will be fixed.
Like most YouTubers have pointed out, they'll try impressing the Chinese CS:GO community to make even more money from them
