No, I do believe when the older version got marked as "Outdated" he just re-posted this without updatein the cheat and with the new CSGO Update It has some better hack D.

I mean, I and my mate got banned off this.
I am pretty sure its found and I would suggest it to be unsafe, use at your own risk.

i think they just want the hack to themself ..... my guess is they get overwatched ban/delay vac from other hacks...
