The only problem is that modding doesn't change stats remember?
So it'll only look like a S3 but do the same thing as a S1

There the same cost, why don't you just buy an S3? Or are you too much of a low rank?

The rank is probably the only reason why he wants it, but the S1 will only look like a S3 and you won't get the usefulness of reduced gun flash

best you could do it change round the dtx files
as what others have said theres no point in this mod.
thinking back the s1 silencer is the only one which has any real effect in gameplay cause of the recoil reduction, the s3 just confuses people cause they don't know if your shooting at them damn no flash
