Yeah he's done the same for me and refused trying to get a middle man, or payment on confirmation, or even half then confirmation then the rest.

I would be cautious when dealing with this seller. Refused to use a middle-man or an escrow service to complete a deal.

Basically wants you to go first and believes that the proof provided is sufficient.
