❓ AVA Ban Help??

I got banned once again, and I tried to login to my game and It said I couldn't. I get a User authentication error now. I tried to change my MAC address, tried changing my IP, using a VPN, tried using a different router. Tried using Steam, tried reinstalling my game. Anyone have any suggestions on why I'm getting this. Or can I just no longer play AVA on this computer?

If you want to, add my skype (it's in my signature, just click the button.) and I'll help you through teamviewer. You won't get your account back likely, but you'll be able to get back in the game hopefully. (Not 100% guaranteed to work but I've helped others recently and it's worked.)

Can you make a tutorial or something? I can do it my self, dont wan't to make skype so please make a quick tutorial on what you do.. Because I've tried everything.
