FedEx problem + Space status

Hi guys, this is repost from yesterday since Dave deleted my thread in General and Austin suggested to post here.



Does anybody know how long @Space will be away on vacation? I need his support but he's not responding on Skype. Fitbit Blaze that I ordered from him had some shipping problems. I've called FedEx and they said I need to provide an authorization letter for me to collect the item on behalf of the package owner name(created by Space). They claimed no one at home when they come but my mom 24/7 at home. Do I need to wait again or any other way? P/s: Been 2 weeks since the item shipped

Just call them and tell them the package is yours and to try to deliver it again,no?

You failed to accept the package when it was delivered. Anyway, shoot me a picture in Skype what they say.
