bank problem

i was trying to buy Rixty ZP crossfire
and my payment failed idk why ..
but when i checked my bank statement [ Payoneer ]
i found that they charged me for the amount ! -80$
and the transaction appear on Pending Authorizations section
$-80.79 / and the money already cut from my balance and gone ...
they told me that they didnt receive it and i should get my money back soon
so my money will back ?

3-5 business days is usually the time they give for these kind of things

If they said they you are getting your money back, then yes. Your money would be returned.

You have to wait for them to verified the payment then they can ship you your item..

Call your bank and see what's going on, if it's just pending from the original payment and they decline it you will get your money back.
