Refunding is common sense. The SE & refunding section is filled with questions answered. Don't waste your money on an eBook of that type.

I would't buy it unless it was available in the ebook section and vouched for by mods
Any eBook off MPGH, that involves SE is probably going to be common knowledge. Otherwise, why wouldn't he submit it?
