I need your help deciding something people!

I need some help but here's a brief background of where I'm coming from:

I came to CA from SF where I am above the rank of Maj. I'm pretty damn good. My CA ranks are both above Lt. I've been playing since August or September without hacks. When I started out, the account in question was a 2.37 KDR and holding but going up every 10-20 games or so. Then in January or around the time Roadkill was released I was killed like 1500 times in 1 game alone so my KDR now sits at 1.45 and it's going up slowly. If you knew for a fact that you could have a KDR above 3 would you do a KDR reset?

Keep in mind it's worth it based on:
No hacks being used
Cash value of the account is through the roof with LE's and Perm items
Can you even put a $ value on a Black Magnum LE?
The rank itself

I am just trying to weigh my options here. My KDR for each game is usually pretty good. Honestly between 3 and 30. I camp fairly well with my SR's so unless someone with a measure of skill figures me out or a hacker comes in I do well.

Any suggestions?

I say you don't get a reset. What if you run into another hacker who wrecks that KDR even moar. 1.45 is awsum compared to mines anyways

It could happen I suppose but the only reason it really wrecked me was the fact that I didn't leave the game when it happened. I'm far more careful and knowledgeable now than I was then. That's just 1 huge example but the major hackers in general is what killed it. I was happy with 2.37 but since then my skill has gone up 10x fold and I know a lot more.

don't get a reset. the only thing a high kdr is good for is watching it fall down, and for clan applications. plus you're better off with people thinking you're not good, and then watching them go wtf when they go pwned

The thing that scares me is the higher the KDR the more attention you draw from people.

Get it. For bragging rights. Besides the elite servers and such dont cry hacker as much so you wont draw that much attention.

On the flip side, having a higher KDR will make "noobs" even more convinced that you hack. They'll probably think that you hacked to that rank, since anything above a 2.0 typically intimidates people to the point of denial. The time wasted arguing your point across is the time that means more deaths and more head banging at the ignorance of "less talented members" of Combat Arms.

Of course, this won't be an issue assuming that you play against people that respect your rank and ability to aim, a skill that so many people don't possess. Unfortunately not everybody is this forgiving, especially the paranoid whiners.

See this is why I'm seeking help. I really am conflicted here. All good points. High KDR attracts unwanted attention but garners just a bit more respect to go along with the rank. Low KDR allows for the surprise but even then with my level of play people just say "What did you just get hacks or something?" They assume it's not OK to play ABOVE your stat level.

You shouldn't get one anyway. Getting something above two will make just about everyone say you hack as you are probably one of those people who might as well be (theres a lot of those in mw >.>). It'll be better to just farm you kdr to two and farm deaths when it gets to 2.5 or higher.

With a KDR f 1.45 legit, high rank, nobody will call you a hacker. Just a veteran, or an addict. I think you should just stick with this account. If you are getting your KDR up still, I'd say this account is worth it.

Its not an account reset, its a KDR reset.

It's just slow going to raise it from 1.45 at this point.

dont get one just buy another Sniper perm or something like that

already four of my perms are SRs

buy an AR or get a full arsonal like a pistol and AR etc lol DONT buy a reset cause OPKers/LIFETAKERS will fk it up immediately
