Heys guys! I'm building a new computer and looking for some suggestions about it.

Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
NZXT - S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA - SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Corsair - Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition (2-Pack) 37.9 CFM 120mm Fans
Gtx 1060 6GB

All around about $1700 Australian

Already got a 1060 so thats why its 1700

I was going to suggest downgrading your CPU and getting a better GPU, but since you already own a 1060, not much we can do about it. You also don't need that much RAM unless you're doing research or something of the sort. Also don't recommend liquid coolers as cool (hehe) as they may seem. Just delid it and go with an air cooler.

What he said! 32GB is over the top unless you're doing C4D Renders, which by the looks of your GPU, seems to be medium-high end gaming, so 16GB will do. Also, unless you're overclocking, there's no need for a 240mm rad, get a smaller 120 and you'll be good to go. And don't delid your Kaby Lake, you'll void the warranty. Edit: Here's a cheaper and more recent model, although it's only 120mm compared to 140, it has a depth of 49mm which allows more surface area for cooling.
