Lol you don't just put ur name of file etc lol noob. You upload it to attachments, u need Virus Scan, ScreenShots...

and a screen shot -
TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
then go to "additional options" >
manage attachments >
choose file >
upload.

Go to ur first post and there should be edit so click it click advanced... and then go down and there manage attachments click on it and here u go
