software needed: TMAC mac changer, VolumeID HDD id changer, Windows Install CD you should have your own if not download a usb bootable install from somewhere
Change mac address heres zdavid001 post on mpgh only do the mac address changer not the tunnlebear proxy its not needed
HDD id changer heres a link to someones post on another website
if that fails
FORMAT!! and reinstall windows as this changes your unique windows id
and last resort new gpu which isnt really worth it just move on to another game
