in app / store refund (apple/google)

Hi
i want to know if it is possible to refund for example spotify memberships/ dr0pbox premium purchased through the app.
Is it possible to refund also gift cards purchased trough the store?
Generally speaking is it possible to refund something that could be resold?
(i am not interested in items for games- only in case of reselling)

not possible to refund anything that can be resold, unless you sell the account
