my friend told me that csgo has patch the old sandboxie method..is there anyone who can guide me to new method / trick for sandboxie ..

There is a new method, but it's unlikely anyone will give it to you.

Just use similar program to sandboxie ... like virtualbox

or actully if u have licenced sandboxie u should be able to do it (im not 100%) sure

since sandboxie patched (like 14th February) people just restarting all games after 15 mins. 1 win = 15 mins so it helps.

i hv 10 acc 10 pc n can do 15-15 no vac error , wht is fasted methods to open ranks for random and s1 and ge

Requirements
Hardware Requirements:
- 16GB RAM (Recommended)
- Good computer, in general

Software Requirements:
- Windows 7 64bit Bits
- Sandboxie 3.46
- Steam (10 Accounts with CS: GO)

Sandboxie method
Inside the Sandboxie:
You will first need to create 10 Sandboxes in the app, then enter each Steam account in a sandbox.

Configure the Sandboxes:
A specific setting must be made on each of the 10 sandboxes created. To do this, select one by one and open Settings.

In the Settings Window:
When you open the settings screen, go to the "Restrictions" tab. The method for avoiding VAC authentication errors during startup is in this section.

Go to Reducing Privileges:
- Uncheck the option "Reduce privileges of the Administrators and Power Users groups."

Go to Low Level Access:
- Check the "Allow programs in this box to load application hooks (Win32) in other programs.
