Did you try it with an other account? If it works on the other account you got banned. If not try turning off your anti virus shit.

That error Code means that ur combat arms version is not supported in Egypt
U downloaded the wrong version, try downloading the europe version, or asia if they have it, if it doesnt work use a proxy.
