I suggest /join battlegrounde, go up twice into the normal room but then go right once (or twice?), or /join towerofdoom10. I think you can't get CP from monsters that are 20 levels or lower below you. These monsters are 66+.
If you're a member, however, use /join nightmare and click the "!" and click Loneliness. "Nothing" monsters are the best way to get CP fast IIRC.
Or you could wait until next week, I believe they said they were adding a battlegrounds room(s) for the next levels.
